Salon policies
We require a card on file or non-refundable deposit to secure all appointments.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we ask for a 48 hour notice to apply the original deposit back to your account.
If giving less than 48 hour notice, day of cancellations, or no shows will be charged in full for the service or services they were booked for to the card on file. This is to ensure the stylist is compensated for the time blocked on their schedule.
